The Valentine Method
Mobility · Strength · Longevity
Coming Soon · 2026
Fitness rooted in grit and grace.
Foundation first: the movement your body needs before it's ever loaded. From there, everything stacks — week by week, each one building on the last.
No random workouts. No guesswork. Just a method that grows with you.
Train at home, at the gym, or on the road — no equipment required to start.
Created by Bridgette Valentine — NASM-certified, nearly a decade at the front of the room.
You're already doing the work
Showing up gets you in the room. Moving with intention is what you take out of it.
You've shown up. You squeezed the workout in between the school drop-off and the meeting that ran long. You hit the class because it was the only window you had. You went hard because thirty minutes was all you had and you wanted it to count. And when you're moving with a room full of women at every level, the class keeps moving — that's exactly what makes group fitness work, and it's worth showing up for, every time. But nobody in that room can pause just for you, and nobody's supposed to. What you get out of that hour has a lot to do with what you walked in already knowing how to do. That's where foundation comes in. When your body already knows the pattern — the hinge, the brace, the reach — you're not guessing your way through class. You're building on something solid, and every rep counts a little more because of it.
The Valentine Method builds the foundation underneath everything else you already love doing.
The Method
Stacked Progressions — the method built for the way your body actually works.
Mobility before strength. Bodyweight before bands. Time under tension before reps. Three sessions a week, thirty minutes each, in your living room — with a coach watching your form, your progression, and your week. Not a class. Not a content library. A method that teaches you to move with intention, from the foundation your body was always meant to have.

Her Story
She's been the nervous one in the back — and the one running the whole room.
Bridgette Valentine always wanted to be part of the fitness world — but for a long time, that meant standing in the back of the room, quiet, nervous, shy, chasing the workout because she wanted that community feeling more than she wanted to be seen. When she finally found her footing, she swung the other way: overtraining, chasing cardio, pushing hard without a foundation underneath it. She's been both — the girl in the back of the room, and the one training too hard to make up for it. What she needed wasn't more effort. It was someone watching closely enough to teach her to slow down and build from the ground up.
Eight years later, she's the one running the room — across an individually-owned local gym and a luxury club alike. She kept noticing the same thing: women showing up with real effort and no foundation underneath it. So she built The Valentine Method and its core mechanism, Stacked Progressions — watching your form, building your foundation, and strengthening from there — so you walk into any room foundationally sound.
We meet you where you are. Then we go from there.
