About Bridgette

Built by a coach who's been at the front of the room.

Bridgette Valentine has spent over a decade at the front of the room — group fitness director at one of the country's luxury fitness clubs, lead instructor at a New Jersey studio where she built the entire program from the ground up, and a consultant across studios from Pilates to yoga to spin. She watched ten to thirty women try to fit their lives into a class calendar that didn't fit them. She watched what it cost. She built The Valentine Method — and its core mechanism, Stacked Progressions — so the women who never came back to that room could finally have the coach they needed, wherever they are.
